Six days a week for 11 months of the year

Training is mostly at Lee Valley High Performance Centre, Picketts Lock
in North London

We have one month allocated to warm weather training overseas. Trainining activities include Strength Conditioning, Weight Sessions, Fitness Training, Speed Endurance Training, Plyometric Training, Circuit Training, Techincal Skills Training, Physiotherapy and Massage Sessions...Oh and my favourite ice baths!!!
